The movie is about a housewife during World War II who finds herself confronting a German pilot, and about relationship disagreement. Walter Pidgeon and Greer Garson play Mr. and Mrs. Miniver. May Whitty plays Lady Beldon.
Mrs. Miniver was released in June 1942. It got very positive reviews from critics. It made a lot of money.
