Mustafa Khalil (Arabic: مصطفى خليل, IPA: [mosˈtˤɑfɑ xæˈliːl]; November 18, 1920 – June 7, 2008) was an Egyptian politician. He was born in Qalyubia. He was Prime Minister of Egypt between 1978 and 1980, and Minister of Foreign Affairs between 1979 and 1980.
