No contest

plea where the defendant neither admits nor disputes a charge in criminal trials in certain United States jurisdictions

No contest is a plea in which the defendant making the plea has chosen not to dispute the criminal charges against them, particularly in United States courts. No contest pleas usually carry results similar to pleading or being found guilty of different classes of crimes. No contest is called Nolo contendere in the Latin terminology. Some countries other than the U.S. do not allow people to plead no contest.
