Ólafur Darri Ólafsson (born 13 March 1973) is an Icelandic actor, producer and screenwriter. He is known for roles in movies such as Children (2006), The Deep (2012), The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (2013) and The Vanishing (2018). His television work includes shows such as Trapped and Lady Dynamite.

Ólafur was born in Connecticut, United States, the son of Icelandic parents. He holds dual citizenship of Iceland and the United States.[1] He has two children with dancer Lovísa Ósk Gunnarsdóttir.
