Osório Claudio Bebber, O.F.M. Cap., (June 11, 1929 – August 13, 2021) was a Brazilian Roman Catholic prelate. He was the second Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Tubarão from 1981 to 1992, the Territorial Prelate of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Coxim from 1992 to 1999, and the second Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Joaçaba from 1999 until his retirement in April 2003.

He was Bishop Emeritus of Joaçaba until his death in August 2021.[1] Bebber was born in Flores da Cunha, Rio Grande do Sul.

Bebber died of sepsis caused by heart surgery on August 13, 2021 in Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul at the age of 92.[2]
