Oscar Baylón Chacón

Oscar Baylón Chacón (1929 – August 10, 2020) was a Mexican politician. He was a member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party. He was Governor of Baja California in 1989. He was also mayor of the Tecate Municipality between 1959 to 1962. Baylón Chacón was born in Chihuahua, Chihuahua.
Baylón Chacón died from stroke-related problems on August 10, 2020 in Tijuana at the age of 90.[1]
