Otter Media Holdings, LLC is an American digital media company. It is owned by Warner Bros. Discovery. It owns Rooster Teeth. It holds an ownership stake in Gunpowder & Sky with Floris Bauer.[4][5][6][7] Until 2022, the company was owned by AT&T subsidiary WarnerMedia.
