Phạm Hùng

Vietnamese politician (1912-1988)

Phạm Hùng (June 11, 1912 – March 10, 1988) was a Vietnamese politician. He was the 2nd Prime Minister of the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam from 1987 to 1988.[1]
