Phoenix (Myrmidon)

In Greek mythology, Phoenix (Greek:  Φοῖνιξ, Phoinix; gen. Φοίνικος, Phoinikos) was one of the Myrmidons (Achilles' five commanders during the Trojan War). His parents were Amyntor and Cleobule. He was the king of the Dolopes. He also took part in the hunt for the Calydonian Boar.
