A photino is a supersymmetric partner of the particle called photon according to the SUSY (supersymmetric particles) theory which states that all particles in the observable universe has a supersymmetric partner. The idea of the photino first arise between 1980s within the supersymmetric particle theory with the help of the physicist called Howard Georgi and his assistant physicists.[1]
