Pre-ejaculate (also known as pre-ejaculatory fluid, pre-seminal fluid or Cowper's fluid, and pre-cum) is a clear, colorless, fluid that comes from a penis when a man feels sexual arousal. Pre-ejaculate functions as a lubricant.[1]
