Rafael Hui
Hong Kong politician
Rafael Hui Si-yan (born 8 February 1948) is a Hong Kong politician. He was the Chief Secretary for Administration of Hong Kong from 2005 through 2007.

In March 2012, Hui was arrested for corruption.[6] In December 2014, he was convicted of corruption and sentenced to 7.5 years in prison.[7]
