Ramesh Bais

Indian politician

Ramesh Bais (born 2 August 1947) is an Indian politician. In July 2019, he became the 18th and current Governor of Tripura. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He was a Union Minister of State (Independent charge) for Environment and Forests in Atal Bihari Vajpayee's government from 1999. He was elected to the Lok Sabha from Raipur.[1]
