Randolph W. Thrower
Commissioner of Internal Revenue (1913-2014)
Randolph William Thrower (September 5, 1913 – March 8, 2014) was an American lawyer. He was the Commissioner of Internal Revenue under President Richard Nixon from 1969 to 1971.
