Richard Paul Conaboy

United States federal judge

Richard Paul Conaboy (June 12, 1925 – November 9, 2018)[1] was an American judge. He was a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania from 1979 to 1992. He was appointed by President Jimmy Carter. From 1989 to 1992, he was Chief Judge of the court. He was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Conaboy died on November 9, 2018 at a hospital in Scranton from a heart attack at the age of 93.[2]
