Roberto Totaro

Italian cartoonist

Roberto Totaro (born 1957 in Belluno) is an Italian cartoonist. He is famous for the comic Nirvana, also translated into Spanish.

Biography

Roberto Totaro was born in 1957 in Belluno, in northern Italy, and studied at Artistic Liceo (High School) and L'accademia di Belle Arti di Venezia (University of Art in Venice). He started his career during the 80's, learning from the Disney author Luciano Gatto, and drawing comics for the italian magazine Topolino (italian for Mickey Mouse).
