Roger Cicero
German pop and jazz singer (1970-2016)
Roger Marcel Cicero Ciceu (6 July 1970 – 24 March 2016[1]) was a German jazz and pop musician.[2] He was born in Berlin, Germany. Cicero represented Germany at the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 in Helsinki his song Frauen regier'n die Welt (Women rule the world). He finished 19th.[3] Cicero made his movie debut in Hilde (2009) as musician Ricci Blum.
