Rojak

Indonesian traditional fruit and vegetable dish originating from Java island

Rojak is a local food of mixed vegetables and fruits with sweet and sour sauce.[1] Rojak is commonly found in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia but it is popular in Singapore because the dish combines ingredients from the region and different ethnic groups, and reflects Singapore's cultural diversity.[2] Usually, rojak is served as a side dish but it can also be served as a main dish.
