Role model
person who models a social role for other people, intentionally or unintentionally
A role model is a person who shows certain behavior patterns that are seen as ideal, or worthy to be imitated. The behavior of a role model is often seen as an example of how to behave, or how to do things.
In sociology, and psychology, people also look at role models which are close to the person, for example, which are members of the peer group or the parents.
