Rosen Plevneliev
Bulgarian politician
Rosen Asenov Plevndeliev (born 14 May 1964) is the previous President of Bulgaria. He began his term as President in elections in 2012 and had two mandates to 2017. His predecessor was Georgi Parvanov.[1] Before he was president, Plevneliev was a minister worker for development and public works.[2]
