Rufus Edmisten
American politician
Rufus Lige Edmisten (born July 12, 1941) is an American attorney and politician. He was the 46th Attorney General of North Carolina from 1974 until 1984. He was the 21st Secretary of State of North Carolina from 1989 to 1996.[1]
