Rui Jordão
Portuguese footballer (1952-2019)
Rui Manuel Trindade Jordão (Portuguese pronunciation: [ˈʁuj ʒuɾˈðɐ̃w̃]; 9 August 1952 – 18 October 2019) was a Portuguese footballer. He played with Benfica and Sporting for most of his career. He won the Silver Ball award twice, once with each team.

Jordão represented the Portugal national team for 16 years from 1972 through 1989.
Jordão died on 18 October, 2019 while at a hospital in Cascais, Portugal due to heart disease at the age of 67.[1]
