Russell Marshall

Cedric Russell Marshall CNZM (born 15 February 1936), known as Russell Marshall, is a New Zealand politician of the Labour Party and diplomat.

He represented the Wanganui electorate from 1972 to 1990, when he retired.
In the 2001 New Year Honours, Marshall was appointed a Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit, for public services.[1]
