SBK Records is a record label started in the late 1980s. It was a sub-division of EMI Records[source?].
Stephen Swid, Martin Bandier and Charles Koppelman formed the production company for a reported $295 million. The label had several hits with Vanilla Ice, Jon Secada, Wilson Phillips, Technotronic and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles[source?].
SBK Records shut down in 1995 after the murder of Selena. SBK Records signed her for a crossover deal[source?].
