Sara Gilbert
American actress
Sara Gilbert (born Sara Rebecca Abeles on January 29, 1975 in Santa Monica, California) is an American actress most famous for being Darlene Conner in Roseanne. She has guest-starred on many primetime programs such as The Simpsons and Will & Grace. She was in the cast of The Big Bang Theory. She is a vegetarian. She is openly lesbian and was in a relationship with Allison Adler from 2002 until their relationship ended in 2011.[1] They have a son born in 2004, and a daughter born in 2007.[2] She has been in a relationship with musician Linda Perry since 2011. The couple became engaged in April 2013. Gilbert was born in Santa Monica, California,[3] the daughter of Barbara Cowan (née Crane) and Harold Abeles.
