Sean St John is a banker and philanthropist from Canada. He is the head of the National Bank of Canada.[1][2][3][4]

Education

Sean St John grew up in Ottawa and graduated from York University in 1990.[5][6][7]

In 1996, he joined National Bank to lead Corporate Trading.[5][8] He was appointed sole Head of Fixed Income, Debt and Equity Capital Markets in 2015.[5][9][10]

In 2018, St. John led a successful charity event in Toronto called "Right To Play Heroes Gala."[11] He has worked with the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation and joined boards for "Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer" and "Right To Play."[12] [13] In 2019, he joined hockey pros like Bryan Trottier in a charity tournament for "Connected North" and supports the Children's Aid Foundation.[14][11]
