Segar Bastard
English footballer (1854-1921)
Segar Richard Bastard (25 January 1854 – 20 March 1921) was an amateur English football player and referee. He played football for Upton Park F.C. and Trojans F.C.. He refereed a number of important matches, including FA Cup finals and Home Nations international matches.[1]
