Sheldon Stone

Sheldon Leslie Stone (February 14, 1946 – October 6, 2021) was an American nuclear physicist and academic. He was the Distinguished Professor of Physics at Syracuse University. He worked in experimental elementary particle physics such as the Large Hadron Collider beauty experiment (LHCb), and B decays.[1]

Stone was born in New York City. He died on October 6, 2021 in Syracuse, New York. He was 75 years old.[2]
