Shivraj Patil
Indian politician
Shivraj Vishwanath Patil (born 12 October 1935) is an Indian politician. He was the Governor of the state of Punjab and Administrator of the Union Territory of Chandigarh from 2010 to 2015.[2] He was the Speaker of the 11th Lok Sabha from 1991 to 1996.
