Martha "Mattie" Franklin, under the identity as Spider-Woman, is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The niece of J. Jonah Jameson, she is the third character to be called Spider-Woman.

Mattie Franklin / Spider-Woman made her cinematic debut in the animated movie Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (2023), depicted as a member of Miguel O'Hara's Spider-Society, and is portrayed in live-action by Celeste O'Connor in the Sony's Spider-Man Universe movie Madame Web (2024).
