Stanley Patrick Johnson (born 18 August 1940) is an English-French author. He is also a former Conservative Party politician.

changeHe served as the Member of the European Parliament for White and East Hampshire from 1979 to 1984. He was also a former World Bank employee and European Commission. He wrote several books on environmental and population issues.
