The game was released in 1982 for the Atari 2600 and in 1983 for the Intellivision. It is the first licensed Star Wars game and is the first Star Wars game on console.[2]
In the game, the player pilots a snowspeeder and destroys Imperial Walkers during the Battle of Hoth.[3]
A game with the same name was released in 1992.
Reception
changeThe game got mixed reviews from game critics. Critics said that they liked the graphics, audio, and music. However, critics also said that they didn't like the ending of the game.[4][5][6]
