Susan Atkins
American convicted murderer from California (1948-2009)
Susan Denise Atkins (May 7, 1948 – September 24, 2009) was a member of the Manson Family led by Cult leader, Charles Manson. She murdered for Manson and the Family. She was born in San Gabriel, California and died in Chowchilla, California. She died in a womans prison facility. She was put on deathrow but later was sentenced to life in prison. She confessed to one of the killings to two inmates in prison, they reported this information to authorities. She was known by the Family as Sadie Mae Glutz.
