Susan Cunliffe-Lister, Dowager Countess of Swinton, Baroness Masham of Ilton, DL, DSG (née Sinclair; 14 April 1935 – 12 March 2023)[1] was a British crossbench member of the House of Lords. She was a member of the House of Lords since 1970. She was the senior female life peer.

She was paraplegic because of spinal cord injuries in her early life. She won many medals in the Paralympics. She founded the Spinal Injuries Association, which supports disabled people.
