Symmetric distribution

probability distribution which features a density or mass function which is invariant under a reflection about some point

A symmetric distribution on graphs is when the mean is equal the median and there is a vertical line of symmetry in the center of the data.[1] The right sides and the left sides of the graph are mirrors of each other.[2]
