Why use 24:00 change
Hello, I believe that the writing of 24:00 should be avoided. There is no 24:00 hour. The day starts at 00:00 and when 24 hours have passed it is 23:59, when this last minute ends it is again 00:00, the start of the next day. mihanolis Mihanolis (talk) 19:17, 11 September 2017 (UTC)
