In nature ( or among humans) change

(The following is not central information, in regard to Carboxylic acids.) I googled "is there much Carboxylic acid in sweat". Answer: Research shows that "Many short-chain carboxylic acids increase the attractiveness of ammonia and/or lactic acid, present in eccrine sweat, to An. gambiae", according to cell.com/trends/parasitology/pdf/S1471-4922(10)00261-8.pdf.--(The reason I came to that topic, is that a magazine said that 'foul smelling socks' smell, in part, because of Carboxylic acid.) 2001:2020:321:FE96:7582:AD73:5CFC:F1E3 (talk) 18:42, 16 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

'Small' acid? change

"smaller carboxylic acids".--Yeah, I sort of get what is meant. I am leaning towards that maybe the quote, is not okay (simple) English.--If this edit is helpful, then fine. 2001:2020:321:FE96:7582:AD73:5CFC:F1E3 (talk) 18:47, 16 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
