Many issues on this small article.

To start, Colt is charged with the shooting, not convicted. He's not pleaded guilty nor is he convicted. He is currently innocent at this moment. The header claimed he shot his school when there isn't a verdict or a confession. Usually these claims are made after the accuser pleads guilty or is convicted. But I have changed it so that's all good now.
