"Because the couch is usually set in front of the TV, it is the main place where people usually sit and watch it. " This is problematical for two reasons. 1) The assertion that couches are usually set in front of televisions is not supported. 2) Just because a couch is in front of the set does not mean that it is the main place from which people watch it.
