These pages should be merged because they are on exactly the same topic and are both very short articles.

However they are still different and while they are related, they're not the same.

If they are properly marked and divided, with one section discussing the general concept of GDP and the other discussing GDP per Cap. and how it relates to GDP, it should be able to efficiently fuse the two pages.
