Unclear sentence change
I have a couple questions about the sentence that reads "Later was arrested his successor, Victor Rojas, and then the successor of this latter, Marcelo Cabrera." Does this mean to say that both of these successors (a word which should probably be simplified) were also arrested later? If so, was it for something related to what Vargas did?
