Not "alphabet soup", but

Not adding (for now),

Back in September, this article was moved to LGBTQ without discussion, and then reverted due to the lack of discussion. I would like to begin this discussion. Since 2019, Google's ngram viewer has shown that LGBTQ is more commonly used, and, in academia, Google Scholar shows that "LGBTQ" is more commonly used to the exclusion of "LGBT" than vice versa by a margin of over 4,000 articles. - Even though personally I am not a fan of the word queer (used to be a slur), I agree with you. In 2024, LGBTQ is a better title. LGBTQ+ is even better as it includes everyone else (non-binary, asexual, etc), but it's just LGBTQ on enwiki. ✩ Dream Indigo ✩ 21:35, 27 November 2024 (UTC)

.--En-wiki has that as 'the third word', in its article.--Could Simple-wiki have one article about LGBT+ and one article about LGBT? Yeah maybe. Anyone can start the LGBT+ article.--I, for one, would be against Delete (after merge).--LGBTQ, would be the second or 'third word' in that article, I would think.--Meanwhile i will be busy fixing other articles (and starting other articles). 2001:2020:307:C2AE:E057:403A:F8EA:5EAF (talk) 04:10, 28 November 2024 (UTC)
