Proposed merge with House of Representatives of New Zealand

If these two were full articles, it might justify having both (see the English Wikipedia article). But as stubs they're too similar. The idea here is to build articles and by merging the two, this is a step in that direction. Rus793 (talk) 13:23, 3 August 2014 (UTC)
