What about renaming the article with the acroynm read as if it were a word? I see that The Telegraph here uses the phrase "Protect Intellectual Property Act". The acronym was treated as verb descriptor.

In other words, the acronym is treated as a word which is spoken. Please consider the acronyms radar and scuba. Is this usage not a special case when it is the title of an article -- see wikt:acronym? --Horeki (talk) 20:40, 18 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
