When "Holland" is meant here, is the specific region of the Netherlands meant, or is it just meant in the incorrect sense that some people use it interchangeably with "the Netherlands"? Kansan ^(talk) 20:36, 12 April 2011 (UTC)

Assume from reading the source it means the Netherlands, however Holland is the term used in the source material. --Peterdownunder (talk) 20:41, 12 April 2011 (UTC)
