Issues change
As this is up for VGA, the issues need to be brought up here. I couldnt get past the intro without issues and stopped reading there.
- Lead sentence could be split in two. What it is, then who its by. Also what is this directed you speak of? link to Movie director
- What novel? novel of the same name should link to an article on that book.
- Why is Puzo linked in back to back sentences?
- lead stars? celestial bodies made of metal? dont be ambiguous
- what is a crime family?
- Why is it carrying the story.. where is it taking it to. Colloquialisms are bad
- Sentence 7 is good.
- one of the best movies and best gangster are sourced, best movie about the mafia does not seem to be. If the entries are investigated, it is the best movie about the mafia on the list but that is only of entries on the list, there could be movies about the mafia that do not qualify for some reason (not a gangster movie, for example)
- Overall, the intro is short. It should sum up the entire article.
That it for the first 8 sentences. The rest of the article would need the same level of examination before this could be considered for VGA, In its current form, I would oppose for GA status. Pure Evil (talk) 14:34, 3 January 2023 (UTC)
