Clarity: measure change

While this is much clearer than the English Wikipedia article, it still is not clear enough. what is a measure? The link is pretty vague to me. does it have to do with repetition?Kdammers (talk) 14:15, 27 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

"irrational" time signatures change

The article states that only numbers like 2, 4, ..., 64 can be used for the bottom number, but there are in fact other numbers that in fact are used, e.g., 5 as in 3/5 time: http://www.paulsteenhuisen.org/irrational-time-signatures.html, forum.makemusic.com › Public Forums › Finale - Windows, www.youtube.com/watch?v=iA_y5xWN9R8Kdammers (talk) 22:47, 6 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

Difference between same ratios change

What is the difference (in playing and hearing) between 2/2 and 4/4 or 3/4 and 6/8?64.53.191.77 (talk) 11:49, 10 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

4/4 change

"The letter C has been used instead of using 4 4 time" -- Is this also called "common time"? Is that why it uses the letter C ?Kdammers (talk) 15:23, 12 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
