Tamil Nadu Police is the police force for Tamil Nadu, India. It is over 150 years old and it is the fifth largest police force in India.[3] There is one police officer for 632 people in Tamil Nadu. The director of the Tamil Nadu police is Shankar Jiwal.[4][5][6]
