This template creates a reference to the On-Line Encyclopedia of Integer Sequences (OEIS). Parameter |1= is the identifying A-number, |2= (optional) is the name of the sequence:

Before April 2018, this template was named {{SloanesRef}}.
Usage change
The template requires the sequence number and optionally a name.

When in doubt, or the template does not show as expected: add |1, 2= (required when the input contains a "=": sign):
