The "Template:Commons" links to a page on Wikimedia Commons. If that page name is misspelled or missing, the link will still appear "blue" even though the link will fail, so please be careful.
Usage change
{{Commons}}— puts link-box with current page's name as the category. {{Commons|catnam}}— puts link-box which replaces the page's name with the text in catnam. {{Commons|catnam|shownam}}— puts link-box showing the title shownam.
Where to place this template in an article change
Do not place this template in a section all by itself.
Do not place this template in a section with columns in it.
In articles, this template should normally be placed at the top of the ==Other websites== section, if one exists. If no other websites section exists, please place it at the top of the last section of the article, or start an other websites section and use {{commons-inline}} instead. On disambiguation pages, this template is placed at the top of the page.
